Benefit of Insurance and service represent two from some factor anticipated big relative in influencing satisfaction of cutomer/client in AXA Indonesia. To prove the influence of both is hence done/conducted by this research as a mean to know the influence of Benefit of Insurance and Service to Satisfaction of Cutomer/Client of AXA Indonesia. Research done/conducted in AXA Indonesia. By taking 50 consumer or cutomer/client as sampel research counted/calculated use the formula solving from consumer met and assumed compatible as sampel of at margin error 5%. Data intake done/conducted ly by instrument is kuesioner closed by five assessment scale from very adverse opinion of up to very agree the. Assessment done/conducted quantitatively is which by mendeskripsikan is research data and done/conducted by analysis inferensi. Analyse the simple regresi and duplicate used as by analyzer, while hypothesis proffering done/conducted by uji-t and uji-F. Research yield three especial finding as according to raised hypothesis, that is 1) Insurance benefit own the positive influence to cutomer/client satisfaction 2) Service own the positive influence to cutomer/ client satisfaction 3) Benefit of Insurance and service own the positive influence to cutomer/ client satisfaction. Pursuant to the finding result hence to increase satisfaction of cutomer/client suggested that to be done/conducted by a minimum effort maintain and even improve;repair the mafaat and service
