Abstract

This Research Examines the influences of enterpreneurship orientation strategic asset, and customer relationship to company's performance. The directand indirect influences of those variables to company performance are analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Unit Analysis of this reseacrh is the owners or manager of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of garment industry in Jakarta area. The results of the research indicate that enterpreneurdhipo orientation has non-significant influence on company performance, strategic asset has non-significant influence on company performance, enterpreneurship orientation has significant influence on costumer relationship, strategic asset has significant influence on costumer relationship and costumer relationship has sihnificant influence on company performance. Hence, it can be concluded that enterpreneurshipo orientatin and strategic asset have indirect influence on company performance, but those variables have direct influence on costumer relationship. Customer reliationship has direct influence on company performance. Enterpreneurship orientation and startegic asset have larger influence on company performance through customer reliationship compared to other variables.
